Key Advantages of Die Casting

⚙️ High Production Efficiency

Mechanized and automated processes allow cold chamber machines to cast 50-90 times/hour and hot chamber machines up to 900 times/hour.

📐 Precision & Surface Quality

Achieves IT13-IT15 tolerance grades and surface roughness of 3.2~1.6um, reducing the need for secondary machining.

💪 High Mechanical Properties

Fast cooling under pressure creates fine grains and a dense structure, resulting in superior strength and hardness.

🏗️ Complex Thin-Walled Parts

Capable of producing intricate shapes with wall thicknesses as low as 0.5mm for aluminum and 0.3mm for zinc alloys.

Production Process & Quality Control

Production Process Flow

Quality Priority: Every stage of production is monitored. Testing reports and samples are archived for traceability.

  • Raw Material Inspection: All materials pass inspection and are classified with supplier certificates before production.
  • In-Process Inspection: Constant monitoring during mass production, including size measuring and appearance checks.
  • Final Inspection: Products only leave the warehouse after all files are signed, sealed, and verified.

FAQ

Q1: What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide product drawings in PDF format. For more accurate quotes, 3D drawings in STEP or IGS format are highly recommended.
Q2: How long does it take to receive a sample?
Depending on the specific requirements and complexity of the items, sample lead times generally range within 3-7 days.
Q3: What if I do not have technical drawings?
You can send your physical sample to our factory. We can then reverse-engineer it or provide better solutions. We also create CAD or 3D files based on your provided dimensions or drafts.
Q4: How do you guarantee dimensional accuracy?
Moulds are created strictly according to your 3D drawings. We also perform sampling at the start of batch production to ensure the final dimensions meet your exact requests.
Q5: How do you ensure correct color for painting or powder coating?
We use standardized color cards (such as RAL9016). We contrast the sample surface against these cards to ensure the final surface effect is correct.
Q6: What is your standard packaging for shipment?
Normally, the inner package consists of nude goods or protective wrapping, while the outer package uses sturdy cartons combined with plywood crates for maximum protection.
