Our newly developed aluminum squeeze casting process solves internal porosity issues. Unlike conventional die castings, squeeze castings offer higher density and mechanical properties similar to forgings, ideal for lightweight and high-strength automotive features.
We provide comprehensive surface treatment technologies including sandblasting, shot blasting, spraying, anodizing, and electrophoresis to improve corrosion resistance and performance.

Patented Squeeze Casting: Eliminates internal porosity and shrinkage defects. The strength of heat-treated squeeze castings is close to forged aluminum parts with superior sealing performance and weldability.
