In-house chemical and physical inspection equipment includes carbon-silicon analyzers, spectrometers, digital display universal tension machines, and induction furnaces. Die casting equipment ranges from 180-ton to 1200-ton pressure machines. Main casting processes include sand casting (iron, aluminum, brass), die casting (aluminum and zinc alloys), and gravity or investment casting.
Comprehensive services meet high-precision requests via NC lathes, CNC precision automatic lathes, vertical/horizontal CNC centers, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines. Quality control tools like CMM inspection, flow charts, control plans, PPAP, and CPK analysis are standard in our workshop.
We design suitable packaging for each part during development based on structure, quantity, and specific requirements.
