Main casting processes include sand casting (iron, aluminum, brass), die casting (aluminum and zinc alloys), and gravity or investment casting.
Comprehensive services meet high-precision requests via NC lathes, CNC precision automatic lathes, vertical/horizontal CNC centers, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines. Quality control tools like CMM inspection, flow charts, control plans, PPAP, and CPK analysis are standard in our workshop.
