Established in 1995, we are a fully integrated manufacturer specializing in aluminum die casting, squeeze casting, sand casting, and CNC machining. We utilize an invention patent for a newly developed aluminum squeeze casting process.
Unlike conventional castings, our squeeze castings feature zero internal porosity and higher density, offering mechanical properties similar to aluminum forgings. This makes them ideal for lightweight, high-strength automotive applications.
Our products are primarily exported to North American and European markets, supported by decades of experience in meeting rigorous international quality standards.
We provide comprehensive surface treatment technologies including sandblasting, shot blasting, spraying, anodizing, and electrophoresis. Our processes improve corrosion resistance, enhance decorative features, and boost overall performance to meet specific engineering requirements.
