Our newly developed aluminum squeeze casting process creates components with zero internal porosity and higher density, offering mechanical properties similar to aluminum forgings.
Since 2015, we have researched and developed the squeeze casting process to eliminate porosity defects. Our squeeze casting parts have a dense internal organization suitable for high-strength applications.
