Special Skill: Squeeze Casting
Squeeze Casting Process

Squeeze Casting, known as liquid-metal forging, is a process by which molten metal solidifies under pressure within closed dies positioned between the plates of a hydraulic press. The applied pressure and instant contact of the molten metal with the die surface produce a rapid heat transfer condition that yields a pore-free fine-grain casting with mechanical properties approaching those of a wrought product.

Main Materials

A356, A356.2, A319S, AlSi9Mg, ZL104, ZL118

Key Advantages
Good roughness similar to die casting and precision casting.
High-accuracy and tight tolerance parts.
Reduced material costs and extra machining compared to traditional forging.
Supports T6 heat treatment for superior mechanical properties.
High Sealing Property with virtually no pores.
Mechanical properties equivalent to forging, better than investment or sand casting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Can we obtain free samples for quality testing?
For stock items, we can provide free samples; however, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For customized samples involving new molds, a sample fee will apply.
Q2. What is the typical lead time for orders?
Stock products are typically shipped within 1-7 days. For mass production, the lead time is generally 30-40 days, which may be longer if a new mold is required.
Q3. What shipping methods are available?
We offer international express (FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT) for small trial orders. Larger orders can be arranged via sea, air, or train according to your requirements.
Q4. What are the benefits of Squeeze Casting over traditional methods?
Squeeze casting produces pore-free components with fine-grain structures, offering mechanical properties nearly equal to forging but with the complex shape capabilities of die casting.
Q5. What range of part weights can you manufacture?
We can manufacture custom parts ranging from as small as 0.005kg up to 15kg, based on your specific drawings and samples.
Q6. Do you support customized material development?
Yes, we work with specialized material partners to research and develop new aluminum and zinc alloys to meet specific industrial requirements.
