Is my drawing safe with you?
Absolutely. We do not release designs to third parties without permission and are happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before receiving drawings.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We typically do not set a strict MOQ. However, larger volumes benefit from better pricing. We also provide prototypes to ensure quality standards are met.
How do you handle quality issues?
All products undergo QC inspection before delivery. In the rare case of non-conformance, please contact us with photos; we will check and rework or repair the items immediately.
Can samples be provided?
Yes, samples can be provided for a fee. The sample cost is returned once mass production begins. For molded parts, the mold belongs to the customer after the initial fee.
