Our facility specializes in casting parts, CNC machining parts, and sheet metal stamping parts. With wide experience in producing and exporting metal parts, we support both OEM and professional ODM projects.

In-house chemical and physical inspection equipment includes carbon-silicon analyzers, spectrometers, digital display universal tension machines, and induction furnaces. We utilize die casting machines ranging from 180 to 1200 tons. Main processes include sand casting for iron/aluminum/brass, die casting for zinc/aluminum alloys, and investment casting for steel and magnesium alloys.

Comprehensive services include high-precision machining with NC lathes, vertical and horizontal CNC centers, and 4-axis/5-axis equipment. Quality is strictly controlled using CMM inspection, flow charts, control plans, PPAP, and CPK analysis.
