What's your payment item?

For usual orders, we accept T/T 30% deposit initially and the remaining 70% balance before shipment. For small orders, 100% deposit is required before shipment.

What is the typical lead time?

Generally, production starts after receiving the deposit and takes around 40-50 days. If your schedule is urgent, please advise us and we will try our best to accommodate.

Yes, we can produce castings according to your 2D drawings, or 3D CAD models. Supplying a 3D CAD model makes the development of tooling more efficient.

How can I obtain samples?

We can offer free samples, but the freight costs need to be handled by the customer.
