Gravity casting machine uses metal and filling by using gravity. The advantages of the machine are easy operation, mold life is long, high efficiency and low machine cost. Operator can set different casting parameters and process by Siemens HMI and PLC according to real needs. Multiple casting units can be combined with robot arms to achieve automatic operation and save labor costs. This machine is ideal for producing intake manifolds, brackets, key types, and other aluminum castings.
