Aluminum is the most frequently used material for aluminum castings to produce light weight parts. The basic principle of low pressure casting of aluminum alloy is to make the liquid aluminum alloy fill the aluminum mold and the whole solidification process under the effect of low working pressure so as to obtain high quality casting.

Equipped with 44 aluminum extrusion lines, our facility is capable of producing industrial aluminum profiles with a maximum outer diameter of 350mm. The largest extruder is a 6800-ton unit, allowing us to satisfy diverse requirements for radiators, motor enclosures, and solar frames.



We operate 6 anodizing lines offering silver, black, gold, and champagne finishes. Additionally, 4 powder spraying lines utilize high-quality nozzles from Gema Switzerland, ensuring durable color retention and strong adhesive force.


Equipped with 12 PRATIC machining centers for complex milling and tapping, automatic cutting machines for high efficiency, and 30 punching machines ranging from 50 to 100 tons.
