How long does it take to get sample parts?
Mold preparation usually takes about 4 weeks. Samples can then be delivered shortly after mold completion.
What about mold costs?
The mold fee is a one-time cost. All future maintenance and replacement are covered by us at no extra cost.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Up to ±0.005mm depending on the geometry and material requirements.
What materials can you cast?
Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper alloys, and other engineering metals.
