What is plastic injection molding?
Plastic injection molding is one of the fastest manufacturing techniques available. Liquid plastic is injected into a mold where it is cooled, solidifies, and is ejected. The same mold can be used countless times and the process of producing a part can take as little as a few seconds.

The Process:
First, a mold is produced, usually CNC machined aluminum. The material comes in the form of pellets, which are melted down in a barrel. This liquid is then compressed and injected into the mold through the runner system, where it quickly solidifies. Ejector pins then eject the solid part into a loading bin, and the process is repeated.

⭐ Our Advantages
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What kinds of information do you need for a quote?
A1: Kindly please provide the product drawing in PDF, and it will be better if you can provide it in STEP or IGS format.
Q2: How long can I get the sample?
A2: It depends on your specific items, but generally within 3-7 days.
Q3: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A3: We are a direct factory with experienced engineers and a large workshop area dedicated to manufacturing.
Q4: What should we do if we do not have drawings?
A4: Please send your physical sample to our factory; we can then copy it or provide better solutions. Pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width) are also helpful.
Q5: What are the payment terms?
A5: We typically accept a 50% deposit. Once the goods are finished, we provide photos for your inspection before you pay the remaining balance.
Q6: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A6: Absolutely. We support sampling to ensure the quality meets your requirements before proceeding to full production.
