Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What do I need for offering a quote?
Please offer us drawings (with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirements), quantity, and application or samples.
Are you a manufacturer?
We are a factory with about fifteen years of experience in mould design, mould making, and production, operating under ISO 9001:2008.
How long will it take for production?
It depends on the quantity and complexity of the products. Standard products can often be processed quickly once requirements are finalized.
Do you accept customized orders?
Of course. Mould projects are customized by nature. You can specify requirements for material, color, size, and more.
What is your terms of payment?
For molds: 50% deposit + 50% after the samples are approved. For batch production: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment.
