How can I get a quote for my project?
Please provide your 3D drawings (PDF, STP, IGS, STL, etc.) and specify the required material, surface treatment, and quantities. We will provide a detailed quote as soon as possible.
What is the typical delivery time?
For stock products, delivery takes 3-7 days. For customized production, the lead time is approximately 7-20 days depending on complexity.
What is your MOQ? Do you accept small orders?
We support trial orders of any size. Even a single piece or 1kg is acceptable to start our cooperation, as we are confident in our quality for future orders.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms include a 30% T/T deposit with 70% balance against B/L copy, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight. Other terms can be discussed based on requirements.
