Plastic Mold Design & Testing:

Testing of plastic moulds is essential to identify potential issues before production. Our process includes empty running, high-pressure holding, high-speed injection, and long-term mold running detection. We test the mould again after polishing, ensuring the final samples and test videos meet customer requirements.

Through accurate analysis of design and processing steps, we provide comprehensive solutions involving mold strength, flow analysis, cooling systems, and guide system specifications.

Manufacturing Culture and Service:

Our core culture is built on responsibility. Every step of the mold manufacturing process is handled with precision, from the initial inquiry to technical specification matching. Our designers ensure long-life tools and high-precision components by considering the end-user's needs and production machine requirements.

Precision is maintained through rigorous steel installation, dimension controlling during machining, and final CAM team verification. Our assembly and mass production simulation workshops ensure that every delivered mold meets top-quality standards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q What types of injection moulds can you manufacture?
We specialize in plastic injection moulds, including household parts, appliance shells, thin wall parts, medical components, thread moulds, 2K moulds, and gas-assist moulds.
Q What is the typical lead time for mould completion?
Most moulds are finished within 30-45 days. However, more complex or larger moulds may require additional time for precise engineering and testing.
Q What are the standard payment terms for mould projects?
Terms are 50% T/T deposit with the PO; 30% within 1 week after T1 sample; and 20% upon mould approval or within 2 months after T1 sample, prior to shipping.
Q What is your annual production capacity?
We have the capacity to manufacture between 300 to 500 sets of moulds each year, maintaining high quality and precision for each project.
Q What kind of warranty do you provide for the moulds?
We offer a 1-year warranty period for the moulds. Wearing parts are provided free of charge during this period (excluding damage from human error or accidents).
Q How do you ensure the quality of the final product?
Quality is ensured through mold flow analysis, high-pressure testing, and rigorous dimension controlling using CAM technology. We provide final samples and test videos to customers for confirmation before shipping.
