Working Flow
Production Process 1. Mold Design and Preparation

Designing molds from hardened steel with stationary and moving halves, prepped and cleaned before each cycle.

2. Melting and Injection

Aluminum alloys are melted at 660°C and injected under high pressure (1,500 to 25,000 psi) into the mold cavity.

3. Cooling and Ejection

Rapid solidification occurs within seconds, after which precision ejector pins push the part out.

4. Trimming and Post-Processing

Removal of excess material (flash) followed by CNC machining, drilling, or surface treatments like anodizing.

5. Quality Inspection

Rigorous checks for porosity and dimensional accuracy using X-ray and precise measurement tools.
