Established in 1995, we are a fully integrated manufacturer of aluminum die casting, squeeze casting, CNC machining, and in-house tooling services.
We utilize a newly developed aluminum squeeze casting process. Unlike conventional die castings, squeeze castings offer zero internal porosity, higher density, and mechanical properties similar to aluminum forgings, ideal for lightweight and high-strength automotive applications.
We provide a comprehensive range of surface treatment technologies including sandblasting, shot blasting, spraying, anodizing, and electrophoresis.
These processes improve corrosion resistance, enhance decorative features, and boost overall product performance.
Developed since 2015, our patented squeeze casting process effectively eliminates porosity defects common in traditional casting.
