Established in 1995, we are a fully integrated manufacturer of aluminum die casting, squeeze casting, CNC machining, and in-house tooling services.
We have applied for an invention patent for our newly developed aluminum squeeze casting process. These castings come with zero internal porosity and mechanical properties similar to aluminum forgings.
Our squeeze casting process eliminates defects like internal porosity and shrinkage found in traditional casting. This results in dense internal organization, making heat treatment and welding acceptable.
Better Mechanical Properties: Strength reaches levels close to forged aluminum parts.
Better Sealing: High finish surface without pore defects ensures excellent leak-proof performance.
