Our newly developed aluminum squeeze casting process creates parts with zero internal porosity and higher density, offering mechanical properties similar to aluminum forgings. We manufacture high-quality precise blanks that comply with specific requirements for North American and European markets.
Squeeze casting is an advanced process that eliminates porosity and shrinkage defects found in traditional casting. The internal structure is dense, making heat treatment and welding acceptable.
