Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC): A special process using permanent molds where solidification occurs under low pressure. It allows for T6 heat treatment and sand cores, making it ideal for complex structures with high mechanical properties.
Gravity Casting: Widely used for aluminum production with permanent or semi-permanent molds. It offers superior surface finishes and significant price advantages compared to sand casting.
